Smoothie bowls with dates and peanut butter
200 g vanilla skyr
1 banana or mango
1 cup of almonds
1 tbsp thick peanut butter
1/2 tbsp chia seeds or other seeds, e.g. linseed
Orange juice, amount according to taste
Place all the ingredients in a mixer or food processor and purée. Pour the mixture into a bowl and decorate with fresh kiwi, chia seeds and peanut butter.
